Terms & Conditions
• By registering for the Bal Wave 2026 – Catania, you become a member of Swango Ballroom ASD, having read and understood its Statute here, and you automatically accept its terms and conditions.
• Once payment has been made, you will receive a confirmation email from i-Ticket with a ticket containing QR-Code.
• By registering for the workshops, you agree to participate in the auditions for the disciplines chosen during registration:
1. Balboa > Audition for the Advanced level only
2. Slow Bal > Audition for the Intermediate and Advanced levels only
• The teaching team will ensure the levels are balanced. If you don’t attend the auditions, we won’t be able to guarantee you access to the level you selected during registration.
• If you have indicated a partner in your workshop registration, your place will only be guaranteed if your partner has also registered (for the same class and level) and paid. In case your partner cancels, to keep your place, you will have to find someone else.
• If for any reason you cancel your participation in the Bal Wave 2026 – Catania, you will not be refunded under any circumstances. You may sell your package to a third party at the same price, provided they are of the same level and role, and inform us accordingly. We at the organization will try to assist you in this regard, but we are not responsible if we cannot succeed.
• If Bal Wave 2026 – Catania is cancelled by the organizers, participants will be refunded the value of their order. However, if the event is cancelled due to force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, health emergencies, government regulations, etc.), no refund will be provided.
• We want it to be a fun, comfortable, and safe event for everyone, so we will not tolerate any harassing behavior. Anyone who engages in inappropriate behavior will be removed from the event without any refund.
• Any video recording of the lesson content or part of it is subject to approval by the instructors.
• During the event, the organization will take photos and videos to promote future editions of the Bal Wave 2026 – Catania. By registering for the event, you automatically give us your consent to use these images for this purpose on social networks.
• Bal Wave 2026 – Catania is not responsible for any accidents or injuries that may occur, or for lost or stolen items during the event.
• Etna Wine Tasting Tour: if the minimum number of 30 participants is not reached, the event may be cancelled with a refund of the entire amount paid.

Termini e condizioni
• Registrandoti al Bal Wave 2026 – Catania diventi membro di Swango Ballroom ASD, avendo letto e compreso il suo Statuto qui, e ne accetti automaticamente termini e condizioni.
• Una volta effettuato il pagamento riceverai una e-mail di conferma da parte di i-Ticket con un biglietto contenente un QR-Code.
• Iscrivendoti ai workshop accetti di partecipare alle audizioni delle discipline scelte in fase di registrazione:
1. Balboa > Audizione solo per il livello Avanzato
2. Slow Bal > Audizione solo per i livelli Intermedio e Avanzato
• Il team di insegnanti garantirà che i livelli siano equilibrati. Se non parteciperai alle audizioni non potremo garantirti l’accesso al livello da te scelto in fase di registrazione.
• Se nella tua registrazione per workshop hai indicato un partner, il tuo posto sarà assicurato solo se anche il tuo partner si è registrato (per la stessa classe e livello) e ha pagato. Nel caso il tuo partner si cancelli, per conservare il tuo posto, dovrai trovarne un altro.
• Se per qualsiasi motivo tu cancellerai la tua partecipazione al Bal Wave 2026 – Catania, non sarai rimborsato in alcun caso. Potrai vendere il tuo pacchetto ad una terza persona e allo stesso prezzo purché del tuo stesso livello e con lo stesso ruolo, dandocene esaustiva comunicazione. Noi dell’organizzazione cercheremo di aiutarti in tal senso, ma non siamo responsabili se non ci riusciremo.
• Se Bal Wave 2026 – Catania dovesse essere cancellato dall’Organizzazione, i partecipanti saranno rimborsati per il valore dell’ordine. Tuttavia, in caso di annullamento dell’evento per cause di forza maggiore (es. calamità naturali, emergenze sanitarie, disposizioni governative, ecc.), non sarà previsto alcun rimborso.
• Desideriamo che sia un evento divertente, confortevole e sicuro per tutti per cui non tollereremo alcun comportamento molesto. Chi dovesse incorrere in comportamenti inappropriati, sarà da noi allontanato senza alcun rimborso.
• L’eventuale ripresa video dei contenuti delle lezioni o di parte di essi è soggetta alla approvazione da parte dei maestri.
• Durante l’evento l’organizzazione effettuerà foto e filmati per promuovere le future edizioni del Bal Wave 2026 – Catania. Registrandoti all’evento ci dai automaticamente il tuo consenso ad utilizzare a questo scopo queste immagini sui social network.
• Bal Wave 2026 – Catania non è responsabile per eventuali incidenti o lesioni occorsi o per oggetti eventualmente persi o rubati durante l’evento.
• Etna Wine Tasting Tour: nel caso non si raggiungesse il numero minimo di 30 partecipanti l’evento potrebbe essere annullato con la restituzione dell’intero importo versato.
